Design and Build  – When employed as a design-build contractor, we work under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services, giving the owner the benefit of one contact and a unified workflow from start to finish. A growing number of our jobs are completed directly for the project owner.

Plans & Specs – Our qualified technical staff sees the job from drawings and engineering approvals through to fabrication while project managers, certified sheet metal tradesmen and trained supervisors ensure the work is completed safely, accurately, and on time, satisfying the needs of the mechanical and general contractors as well as our customers.

Shut Down & Maintenance Work – Northern BC

Heating – Rooftop heating units, makeup air units, air curtains, radiant tube heaters, unit heaters, humidification systems, gas piping, and start-up services
